What is your return policy?
We stand behind everything we sell, and hope you’ll love your items as much as we do! But if you don’t? Not to worry—just get in touch with us hello@tulan.com within 30 days and we’ll assist.
Keep in mind all promotional, and clearance items are final sale and non-refundable. We reserve the right to address customer concerns, returns and exchanges, on a case-by-case basis, and reserve the right to issue a gift card instead of a refund for merchandise.

How long does it take to process the refund from my online order?
If you receive a refund back to your credit card, debit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay, you should see the refund within 10 business days of it being processed. Please note that this may take longer depending on your financial institution.
Please note that if the original payment method you used is no longer valid, we cannot process a refund to a different method of payment. In these circumstances, we can provide the store credit with the refund amount.
